Kentucky Derby Garden Party with a Hat Contest
Hat Contest Guidelines
All designs must be original and created by participants.
Participants are encouraged to use a variety of materials.
Prizes will be awarded for categories such as Most Creative, Best Use of Color, and Best Overall Design.
